Takes the money from customers an doesn't back pay his employees I'd advise all persons to avoid this company ....pays under the table as well (no stubs for legal) .....can't even take them to court ....smh ....(garbage)
I'm sorry to say that Polar General Contractors should be avoided. The business owner appears to be in financial troubles. We paid him a very large (for us) deposit in November 2016, which we believe he used to pay old debts. He then didn't have any money to buy materials or hire a team to start our work. After weeks of promised start dates, the work never got done. When he began work 6 weeks later, the work was of such poor quality that we asked the team to stop construction. We had to start almost everything over, which cost us extra time and money. I would not do business with them again.
